Register for the Popular Conference

We call upon Palestinians in the United States to join us for the historic Popular Palestinian National Conference, Palestinians in the US: Reclaiming Our Voice, Asserting Our Narrative. The Conference is scheduled to take place the weekend of August 8, 2008, to coincide with the 60 Year Anniversary of Al Nakba.

The conference registration deadline has been extended until Thursday, August 7th, at 5 PM Central Standard Time. Please know that there will be a $20 per person increase for on-site, day-of registration.

Please follow the link above to register for the National Popular Conference for Palestinians in the U.S., which will be held in Chicago at the Wyndham O'Hare Hotel, August 8th to the 10th.

Please note that registration fees include 5 meals - Friday Dinner, Saturday Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Sunday Brunch. Registration fees DO NOT include hotel stay. The hotel has graciously agreed to honor the special USPCN rate until the opening day of the conference, but please note that there is no guarantee that there will be rooms still available at this late stage. You must call (847)-297-1234 to reserve your room(s) immediately, and remember to state that you are requesting the special Palestinian Conference rate.

INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTRANTS WITH CHILDREN:

$30 for youth under 12 years of age.
Babysitting available for potty-trained infants.
Parents w/o a cell phone on the day of the conference will NOT be allowed to leave their children in youth rooms.
Food will be provided during conference hours.
Workshops will be provided Saturday for youth 6-14.
Youth rooms will be open all weekend: from registration until 11 PM on Friday; midnight on Saturday; and 5 PM on Sunday.
